The municipal and community networks of Youth Spokespersons for Peace are dynamic spaces for the exchange of information and collaboration that generate an alternative channel of expression and communication for the youth of the Western Highlands. Through these networks, young people develop skills and abilities that allow them to transmit their concerns and proposals and to advocate at the municipal level.
